I need to create a macro. But there is no option to. How can I solve this? I clicked on the Service Console app and clicked on macros in the utility bar to launch it.

1. Open a Case record in Service Console
2. In the utility bar, click Macros
3. Click Create Macro
4. Choose the object, usually Case
5. Save the macro
