I am uable to refresh the extract as my Tableau server running on Ubuntu OS and data sources is mongodb.
Mongodb BI connector is already installed on Tableau server, but still getting error that driver is not installed.
Somehow I got to know that odbc driver for mongo db needs to be installed.
I got some git location to get the driver which is working fine with Windows enviornment

But When I tried to doing the same for Ubuntu server, I am unable to find the relivant help, in which location should I transfer the .so files

It could be you have not added the location to the path so the OS cannot find it. The installer will place it in the right location.
