I have no idea what I did wrong but I am missing a step. I need guidance on how to reset the playground, though my account said I have maxed out my playground. It does not give me step by step to review what's active and what I can deactivate. I'm so closed to Innovator (91% completed) and this step is only 100 points. It said that a step is not yet complete in agentforce. It cannot find the most recent version of the agent ‘Sales Coach Agent’.
I tried to reset the playground but I'm also running into no luck. Please help!

Here are few things that can be tried:
1. Toggle the button for Enable Agentforce Sales Coach (Off and then again ON)
2. From the corresponding trailhead module (
https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/build-your-first-sales-coach/configure-and-activate-your-sales-coaching-agent), make sure or repeat the steps under the section (Adjust the Prompt Template)Steps #17 to 21.
With these two things, you should be able to atleast activate the agent.
If not, then you can
3. Delete the Sales Coach Agent using the Delete button, and recreate it again. That will kind of reset the agent, and now you would need to follow all the steps mentioned in the module and then try to submit the challenge again. (Caution - once deleted, it wont be possible to recover that agent, so consider that as the last resort).
