Hi Trailblazer Community,
I faced an issue during my Salesforce Certification Exam on 21 Oct 2026. The proctor informed me that my face was not visible on their screen, even though my webcam and internet connection were working properly on my side.
Due to this issue, my exam was cancelled. I was ready to take the exam, and I did not notice any problems with my camera or network connection.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Could you please guide me on how to resolve this problem and reschedule or retake my exam?
I would appreciate any suggestions or guidance from the community.
