I'm having trouble setting up URL parameters. We are using a Workflow with Pre-fil, Form, PayPal Connector, and post-connector for our new member application.

I set up unsecure URL parameters for accountID and contactID to look up information for the Organization and Contact.

I did some initial testing using the workflow publish link and manually adding a contact and account id to test with. All information pre-populated without an issue and the workflow successfully completed.

But when I took the publish URL and linked it to the users Salesforce page to test how that link would work, none of the information pre-fills. When I copy and paste the URL in a Word doc it does appear the contact and account ids are getting passed through but for some information the information isn't pre-filling.

What am I missing? Thanks for any insight.

    Hi @Marice Fernando

Glad to hear the URL parameter issue is resolved!

For the PayPal issue, I would check the saved authorization first. In the PayPal Workflow Connector, Sandbox and Production are separate environments, and a Production authorization should show as Production, not Sandbox.

    I would recommend:

    1.  Go to the Authorization tab and create a New Authorization.
    2.  Select Production and authorize using the live PayPal account.
    3.  Save the new authorization and make sure the connector is using this Production authorization.
    4.  If the existing authorization still shows Sandbox, use Manage/External Authorizations to reauthorize or replace it.

If it still shows Sandbox after creating a new Production authorization, it may be worth contacting FormAssembly Support, since the Production connection should be identified as Production.
