I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) based in Ontario, Canada, currently looking for a volunteer opportunity with a nonprofit or organization where I can gain hands-on experience working with a live Salesforce environment.

I have hands-on experience with:

• Salesforce user management, profiles, roles & permission sets 

• Security, OWD, sharing rules & field-level security 

• Custom objects, fields, relationships & page layouts 

• Validation Rules & Formula Fields 

• Flow Builder & Approval Processes 

• Reports & Dashboards 

• Data Loader & Data Import Wizard 

• Data quality and data management 

• Lightning Experience

I also have Salesforce Administrator internship experience and have worked on Salesforce projects involving automation, security, reporting, and data management.

I would be happy to volunteer my time to help with Salesforce administration, configuration, data cleanup, reporting, automation, documentation, or user support.
