Dear Trailhead Support Team,
I am writing to request urgent assistance with a backend error preventing me from completing the Explore Data with Agentforce Grid module challenge.
Despite setting up the grid, prompt template bindings, and record update columns according to all module instructions, the Summary column consistently fails with the following system error:
[PM-LXM001] A temporary system error occurred. Please provide this request ID to customer support.
Because the summary column cannot generate the AI output due to this platform error, the description update action fails, and the challenge verification cannot pass.
This is a critical blocker for completing the badge. Please investigate and resolve this backend issue as soon as possible so I can finish the module.

I found a workaround
for it,

Prompt Template typecreate a column of Text type
add the random text on each row, make sure to have at least one row with value starting with **Account Overview**
Then create the column of update (the last step in the module)
save and run
check the challenge - it should be completed
