Hi Trailhead Support Team,
I am currently trying to complete the Create a Search Index Configuration unit within the Unstructured Data in Data 360 module, but I am unable to pass the final verification step.
Following the instructions, I successfully created the Search Index Configuration named "My_kav" and waited until the status showed as "Ready". However, when I go to the Data Explorer and select Data Model Object, I am unable to find/see the My_kav chunk or My_kav index objects in the list.
When attempting to verify the step, I receive the following error: "Step not yet complete in Data Cloud: We can’t find any records for the My_kav index object."
I also noticed a red warning banner on the module page stating: "Oh no, there is an issue preventing this badge from being completed."
Could you please confirm if my missing objects are a direct result of this ongoing system issue, or if there is a separate step I need to take (such as spinning up a new Playground) to resolve this?
