I am using education cloud and created two new participantRoles on InteractionSummary. We already have one role deployed but when deploying the two new roles it appears to deploy (no errors and the component appears in the. package list) but does not appear in the target org. Anyone else faced this issue before?

@Robert Watson Interaction Summary is already enabled for Compliant Data Sharing. I dont have direct access to the pipeline but i have verified the components shows as part of the package in the pipeline logs. i ahve also confirmed no errors or failures has occured.
