リストビューで活動の項目を更新する方法について

いつもお世話になっております。 

 

活動オブジェクトのカスタム項目をリストビューを作成して、リストビューから手動で更新したいです。 

ほかのオブジェクトではできるのですが、活動オブジェクトのリストビューを作成する方法がわかりません。 

もしご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたらご教示いただけますと幸いです。

    Quick explanation + workaround 

     

    Why you can’t do it

    In Salesforce, “Activities” (Tasks & Events) are special objects:

    • There is no standard “Activity list view” you can create like other objects
    • Activities are split into: 
      • Tasks
      • Events
    • The “Activity” object you see is not a real standalone list-view-supported object

    👉 That’s why you can’t find or create a list view for it. 

     

    How to achieve what you want (Workarounds)

    Option 1: Use Task list views (recommended)

    If your custom field is on Activities:

    1. Go to Tasks tab
    2. Create a List View
    3. Add your custom fields
    4. Use inline editing to update values

    👉 This is the closest equivalent to what you want 

     

    Option 2: Use Reports instead of list views

    If Tasks/Events mix is important:

    1. Create a Report
      • Type: Activities with Tasks or Tasks and Events
    2. Add your custom fields
    3. Enable Inline Editing in Reports (if available)

    👉 Works better when dealing with both Tasks + Events 

     

    Option 3: Use Mass Update tools

    If manual list editing is key:

    • Use Data Loader / Data Import Wizard
    • Or install: 
      • Salesforce Inspector (Chrome extension)
      • Mass Update apps from AppExchange

    Best Practice

    👉 If your goal is list editing → always use Task object instead of Activity
