I’m working through the Trailhead project: Customize an Org to Support a New Business Unit, and I’m currently on the “Manage User Access” step. When I get to the part where I need to add the user Aaron Hartzler, I’m running into an issue — my Trailhead Playground shows no available Salesforce licenses, so I can’t assign one to him.
Because of that, I’m stuck on Step 6 and can’t move forward to the next unit, “Manage Chatter.”
Has anyone else run into this problem, and how did you resolve it? Any guidance would be really appreciated.

Hello @Maria Garcia Escobedo that means that you have previously used a license for another user. If you are taking this module in an existing playground, deactivate useless older users, or create a beand new playground to prevent you from being disturbed by previous configurations or created users.
