I tried to register for a certificate and I entered my card details unfortunately it was not working and I tried multiple time because I know my card is working. After I contacted my bank also and they mention there is no issue from their end. Again I was trying then it say I am blocked and contact Pearson VUE.
They are asking Salesforce Candidate ID or VUE ID?

@SAMEERA DE SILVA i am also facing the same issue and tey are asking me salesforce candidate ID, I checked my profile details but not found it, how to get Candidate ID ?
