I previously completed the Trailhead that required a Salesforce org with Slack several months ago.  In the Deploy an Agent in Slack Trailhead today, I have two email addresses in the dropdown to launch the Slack playground.  I followed the steps to install the agent in Slack and see it in the permissions in Slack but the Agentforce icon will not appear in Slack upon multiple refreshes.  I don't see a way to create a net new Slack org to start over, just to launch from either of the email addresses.

Please let me know if you need any other information.

Thanks!

that usually happens if the Slack org you’re using is already tied to an older Trailhead project. The Agentforce app won’t show up cleanly if it’s been half-installed before. A couple things to try:

    • Make sure the Agentforce app is actually installed in your Slack workspace and added to a channel (sometimes it’s installed but not visible until it’s invited). You can type /invite @Agentforce in Slack to pull it in.
    • If you’ve got multiple email addresses tied to Slack Playgrounds, Trailhead might still be pointing to the old one. In some cases you need to disconnect the Slack org in Trailhead settings and relaunch the project to provision a fresh Slack Playground.
    • Worst case, spin up a brand-new free Slack workspace at slack.com/get-started and connect that instead — sometimes it’s easier than untangling an old setup.

Once it’s connected to a clean workspace, the Agentforce icon usually shows up right away in your Apps list.”
