Hi folks, this is Anantha Shakthi Ganeshan Thevar. First of, thank you for letting me be a part of this community. I've been learning Salesforce for some time and wanted to share some progress in doing so with you all. For which I completed a small usecase using Salesforce Flow and recorded myself showing a demo. I welcome any and all feedback/criticisms regarding the demo. 

Also, I'd like to ask 2 questions regarding my Salesforce progession. 

1) Do you know guys of any 'Flownatic' communities who specialize in Mastering Flow and inventing new ideas and experimenting with complex concepts to improve existing flows? 

2) What are the skillsets/specialization in Salesforce(i.e Einstein, Mulesoft, etc) which are in high demand in the EU? 

I am asking these questions because when I was planning towards leaning into Salesforce, after completing basics and Flow, I was told to straight up complete multiple certifications but I couldn't find a correlation between the certifications and what is needed by Salesforce EU at this moment.
