I was taking the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist exam on 3rd July 2025 at 13:30 IST (Online Proctored). Partway through the exam, I received a sudden warning and the session was terminated. The proctor checked my room and then suspended me from continuing.
I was fully compliant with all exam policies and was in a quiet, secure room with no distractions. This may have been a misunderstanding or false flag by the monitoring system.
Kindly review the session recording and advise on how I can appeal or reschedule. This certification is very important for my career progression.

Oh, actually I see many issues faced to candidates attempting exam online. Someone reported that he couldn't start the exam (software failed to launch) and his voucher. Support said you need to repay. Be careful.
