Customize a Salesforce Object > Create Validation Rules

Hey Everyone, I am not getting any error from my org for verifying the above task.

I have verified all possible scenarios that can generate any error.

1. Naming convention

2. Formulas of validation

3. Org settings, is it verifying from the correct one or not? everything is ok.

It only gets back to the same page without verifying the task.

Kindly guide, if anyone has any other possibilities in mind, I can check to get it verified.
