Why I am getting error "complete this field" on App Name and Developer Name while creating new app

Could you please verify the following steps that might help resolve the issue:

1. Check if there are any custom validation rules or configurations that might be preventing the app creation.
2. The Developer Name must be unique in your org, so ensure there isn’t another page or app with the same Developer Name.
3. Try creating the app in an incognito window or a different browser to check for any caching or extension issues.
