I have enabled Einstein and Agents in our full sandbox. I've activated the default agent.
My next step is to grant users permission to interact with the default agent. According to
this Help Article I need to add users to a permission set group called Access Agentforce Default Agent permission set group but this does not exist in our environment. Any suggestions?3 Antworten
in my org, it is accessible to all users without assigning the permission sets. how do I restrict it to only selected users?
