I keep getting errors when uploading tasks and adding the Salesforce ID for the Milestone:
Attempt #1 I added the Name
| MALFORMED_ID:Milestone: id value of incorrect type: 01-Onboarding:MPM4_BASE__Project_Milestone__c --
Attempt #2 - I changed to Milestone ID
Attempt #3 - I tried Milestone Import ID
Nothing is working. Is there a template someone can share to upload tasks?

Milestones PM+ Tasks are Detail records in a Master Detail relationship to Milestones in Salesforce, so it is not possible for a task record to exist without a Milestone.
When importing tasks from another environment the Milestones for those tasks need to be imported first, when you do so they will receive a Salesforce Id for the record in the new environment.
You must then export what the Milestone IDs from the new environment are then put them in the matching tasks on your import file manually.
