When I test my escalation rule in the "Create a Case Escalation Rule" module, I encounter an error stating, "We can't find a new Product Support case for Pyramid Construction." However, I can clearly see the last two support cases I created for this company, with the correct products included. Any thoughts on what might be going on?

Go to Object Manager-->Cases-->Record Type-->Product Support--> Under Picklists Available for Editing Click edit next to Type-->Add Problem to Selected Values--> Create a new case with Type Problem.
