At "Automate Your Business Process", can't find "Sean Forbes" in Contact Name.

"Sean Forbes" wasn't in the drop down list, so I created the name from :

App Launcher -> Contacts -> New

Then I could choose the name from drop down list but still there's an error "Could not find the billing support case for 'Sean Forbes' and 'Edge Communications' with the specified settings."

I checked my recycle bin too but the name wasn't in there.

I refered other similar questions but they didin't work.

Please help. Thank You.
