We are exploring the uses of copilot and prompt builder and how do prompt builder and copilot differ from one another?
My overall sense is that the term co-pilot is being sunsetted/deprecated in favor of agents and agent force. The module on agentforce agents (why only 1 module salesforce, c'mon!?! we need a whole trail of agent modules) is a much more well thought out and powerful tool. My concern with agents is the necessary licenses impact on our monthly spend for sf. It may be out of reach for now. Still need to do some roi work to answer that.
To answer YOUR question, I still don't know what copilot does vs einstein prompts but to me it seems that copilot may be getting de-emphasized. Usually once I figure out what SF is driving towards and away from, I try to stick with what they are moving towards, which is agents right now.
