Looks like you have a LOT of issues there Naveen - I see invalid classes in your log there. You will want to do a full unit test sweep in your Sandbox and clean up those errors before proceeding.For the specific error you posted about, there may have been another deployment that happened or some other operation that triggered a sharing calculation to run - only one of those can run at a time. If you are running into this error a lot, you can contact Salesforce Support to enable deferred sharing calculations for your org.
