edit a lightning flow's source code with dev. console?

Question

Hello, is it possible to edit a lightning flow's source code programmatically with the developer console? I'm having trouble pre-selecting my multi-select picklist component at runtime to match a particular record's value using the flow builder. Basically when I run the flow none of the multi-select picklist values is selected for that particular record no matter what I do. I tried with checkbox group to no avail, all checkboxes are always unchecked at first.

The above way is the only possibility to edit the properties of a visual flow.

Unfortunately, the only way if you want to modify standard components functionality is to have a custom lightning component or lightning web component that can be placed in the screen flow.
