Autofill Lead's fields after the integration with LinkedIn

After the integration with LinkedIn via LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator the Lead object got two new fields created automatically: LinkedIn Company Id (LID__LinkedIn_Company_Id__c) and LinkedIn Member Token (LID__LinkedIn_Member_Token__c). Our expectation was that these fields should be filled automatically once the Lead is matched between Salesforce and LinkedIn. But that doesn't happen, the fields remain empty. What are we missing?

Might be helpful: there is a managed package with the namespace prefix LID: SN for SFDC.

    HI,

    This is more of package related functionality question than Salesforce's technical issue. Recommend reaching out to the managed package provider for inputs. You might also want to check if there are any process builder or workflows from the package that need to be activated.
