Salesforce for Outlook

Hi #Awesomeadmns, We are using Salesforce for Outlook for logging client meetings against salesforce records. We have two required custom picklists on the events page layout - Activity Type and Activity Subtype. Is there a way to add those fields on the salesforce panel on outlook so users populate the relevant values as they are creating the event?
