Customers and Partners its time again for Commerce Cloud Product Management team to share the Commerce Cloud Roadmaps for Spring '24! You will have the choice to attend up to 3 different sessions. Please reach out to your Account Teams for the registration information!
The first session happening on November 14, 2023 will be the B2C Commerce roadmap for Spring ’24 and the roadmap vision for 2024. We will walk you through the innovations and products for our Commerce Cloud products on the B2C Commerce platform - B2C, Storefront, OMS, Payments, and Einstein GPT.
Note: B2C Commerce Roadmaps will now be in the same cadence as the Salesforce release cadence and no longer H1 and H2 but with Spring, Summer, and Winter.
The second session will be November 15, 2023 This session will focus on the innovations and products for the Salesforce Commerce solution. Products and innovations covered in this session will be all around those built for the Salesforce platform - B2B, D2C Commerce, OMS, Payments, and Einstein GPT. While this session will be focused on the Commerce Solutions for the Salesforce Platform, this is a great session for all Commerce Cloud Customers and Partners and we highly encourage all our Customers and Partners to attend!
The third session will be November 16, 2023. This session will cover the Order Management Roadmap for Spring ’24. This roadmap session is geared to all Order Management customers and prospects regardless if you are a current Commerce Cloud B2C Commerce or Salesforce Commerce customer. We do recommend that Commerce Cloud B2C Commerce and Commerce Cloud Salesforce Commerce customers also attend those respective roadmap sessions for their product specific Order Management roadmaps.
