Hi, I'm working with a nonprofit and I wanted to know what other organizations use as an alternative to the Email Acknowledgement Button on Donations. Our organization has different templates depending on the Amount of a Donation. I'm currently working on a flow to determine an email alert based on the Amount. Do any orgs use Apps that do this or does what I'm doing make the most sense?
Agree with @Jennifer Lange, so much you can do with Apsona. On the acknowledgment use case, you can set up not only the email but also the acknowledgment letter. You can run a mass acknowledgment process and set it up to select the appropriate template according to your own conditions. You can log the file on the record and even update the acknowledgment status or any other relevant information.
