I was wondering if anyone has connected OpenID with SF within Google. If so how did you test the auto provisioning within it? I have connected to a sandbox to use for SSO but I’m also trying to work it for auto provisioning for any new users (to be setup automatically in SF when they are added in gmail) or if any end up leaving (to deactivate them). This is what was originally asked for and I’m trying to use OpenID (someone suggested):

Do you know how to set up custom user accounts that can link with google workspace for "staff" "volunteers" "admin" etc?

It would be nice if when we add someone to google workspace and set their "role" they automatically have certain privileges' in Salesforce. E.g. only search + search + add records, search + add records. + edit salesforce

Thank you for any help or guidance!

Thank you so much @Ali Khan for responding, yes I did create an OpenID connect in Salesforce. I haven't tried a new user in google. I'll have to do that and test it out that way. The only thing I'm curious is that each user may have a different profile, but the code only reference one profile ("Standard User"). Is it possible to have different ones for different users?

There is not a lot of extensive documentation out there outside of what Salesforce provides and I haven't been exposed to Apex much.

By the way when I go to Security only Authentication Providers shows up which of course where I setup the OpenID. I don't see trusted issuers.
