Is there any way to create one custom permission set and i need to give all our namespace object permissions and field permissions to the permission set which i have created before.

If you need to assign permission set to user you can do it in code: create PermissionSetAssignment records.
Note that usually the relevant profiles receive permissions to the package components during installation, where we can choose which profiles should have access.
