Hello Community, I take Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I exam on 15 August 2023  with online proctoring. Unfortunately, during the examination, my session was unexpectedly suspended. I promptly contacted the Kryterion support team seeking a resolution, and they advised me to raise a case with Salesforce support for further assistance. But till now I am not getting any update from support team. This situation has left me extremely concerned, as passing the Platform Developer 1 exam is pivotal for my professional growth and career aspirations. I dedicated a substantial amount of time and effort into preparing for this exam, and the suspension has left me feeling disheartened and uncertain about the next steps in my Salesforce journey.

Recognizing the strong sense of community that exists within the Trailblazer Community, I am reaching out to you all in the hope that someone might be able to provide guidance or direct me to the appropriate channels for resolving my exam suspension issue.

If any of you have experienced a similar situation or are aware of an effective and reliable way to resolve exam suspensions or expedite communication with the Salesforce support team, I would be immensely grateful for your assistance. Your insights and support are invaluable to me during this challenging time.

    Hello @Akash Maity

Please be patient certification support team will definitely get back to you, it might take time. Once, I also faced similar issue and raised a case that time it took around 20-25 days I guess.  In most of the cases they'll provide a voucher to reschedule exam or it'll get reschedule by them. Don't worry.

If you found it helpful, I would appreciate it if you could mark it as the best answer.

    Best Regards,

    Nitika
