I'm currently stumbling through the new Nonprofit Cloud, so bear with me.
What is the best way to indicate the employer of an individual? In NPSP, there was the Primary Affiliation lookup, which auto-created Affiliation records. What's the recommendation in Nonprofit Cloud - utilize the Contacts to Multiple Accounts feature, or something else?
@Jessica Kwok - I'm stumbling through as well and still struggling with the number of steps involved, but this trailhead module speaks to this issue. There is an Account - Account - Relationship that needs to be created in the Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) to link the person account with the Business Account for the employer.
