This is Farhath. We have our own product and we have to integrate with salesforce platform like Amazon CTI adaptor and Ringcentral CTI integration. for our reference, we have integrated the Amazon CTI adaptor and Ringcentral in our trail id. Please note that we have completed the code in React JS with IVR system without using Apex and LWC components. it is possible to publish this code in partner center.

Kindly update on above message as soon as possible.

If the React-based CTI integration is already working with Amazon CTI Adapter and RingCentral, the architecture sounds reasonable. The bigger question is how you package and expose it within Salesforce.

I’d validate the Open CTI interface, call controls such as answer, hold, and transfer, the Utility Bar experience, HTTPS requirements, and Salesforce security review requirements before thinking about AppExchange publication. The fact that you aren’t using Apex or LWC doesn’t necessarily prevent publishing, but the integration still needs to fit Salesforce’s security and platform requirements.

I’d also test the complete customer journey, not just the CTI connection. Caller identification, screen pops, call history, activity logging, and agent workflow can have a big effect on how useful the integration actually is.

For that broader customer-experience angle, this may be useful: Customer Experience with Salesforce CTI Integration
