QUESTION: I heard the Nonprofit Cloud is using Person Accounts, can you please clarify?
- Yes, the new Nonprofit Cloud will be using Person Accounts
- Nonprofit Cloud is built on industries,
- This is a recommendation not a requirement

QUESTION: How does case management differ from cases: mostly the template tool? —>
What about program management? Looks quite similar, looks like its being brought together
- Struggled in the past with attendance tracking
- Define a program - see the program management module overview on Trailhead
- Formassembly is now not as much for smaller nonprofits
- Alternative https://www.jotform.com —> still needs to be made salesforce-friendly
QUESTION: Can you email all members of PMM?
- Its an idea listed on the IdeaExchange
QUESTION to the group: what challenges are you facing?
1) Duplicate management in Pardot!! We can see a dupe on a prospect record, but we can't find them all in bulk.
- Make sure the prospects are matching to people who are already there
- They allow lead creation even if there is a contact wit that same email, different teams are using different records for different things, need to be able to tidy up the data
- Idea on the IdeaExchange: Pardot - Identify and Merge Duplicates
2) We've been moving all our existing regular donors across to Recurring Donations - challenge is around where a person has donated in a non GBP currency the previous platform would convert and push through as GBP. New platform pushes them through in Raw currency. So now we can't attach 'old' opps in GBP to a new RD with a non-GBP currency..
- Could recreate the old donations but in the right currency now
- Dated exchange rates - can add in old rates, can do this retrospectively
- Comment from the chat: Yvonne, you could keep and close the existing opps, but create the new opps in the new currencies *only* for new monthly payments of the same recurring donation
