What are ways you can handle Renewals containing multiple subscriptions for the same product? Say there was a mid-term upsell where Unit Price was different (so the product is added as a separate line). Upon renewal, both lines will come over. From here if seems there must be a manual process for combining these QLs together because a new unit price needs to be determined.

Is the best solution a Screen flow that identifies duplicate lines and guides users through merging these lines and deciding on a new price? Would need automation to update renewable values as well.

If the rep were to simply delete one line, we cannot track that the subscription was renewed or calculate new vs renewal values.

This seems like it would be a common scenario, so I'm wondering how most people handle this? Do you just delete one of the lines and not report on renewal values?

    That makes sense for net new, but how would you roll-up Renewal value?

    In this scenario, Net New is $5,000 and Net Renewal should be $15,000.

    Assuming :

    Renewable = Renewed_Subscription.Amount

    Renewal = MIN(Amount,Renewable)

    New = Amount - Renewal

    That makes sense for net new, but how would you roll-up Renewal value?In this scenario, Net New is $5,000 and Net Renewal should be $15,000. Assuming :Renewable = Renewed_Subscription.How can Renewal lines calculate correctly without adding Y2 Line 2 Renewable Value to Line 1 like:
