I'm trying to get all of the Contacts currently in my account to sync to my phone so I can easily call them. I'd like to be able to open Contacts on my phone and have all the Contacts show up with their phone numbers, email addresses, etc. How do I automatically get them to my phone without doing anything manually? I also have an Outlook account connected to Einstein capture already, so I could also get them to sync to that contact list and access it on my phone that way. Anyone know the best way to do this? Thanks in advance!
You can create a sync configuration for Einstein Activity Capture ,enable Contacts sync and assign it to yourself. You can even sync you calendar events between Outlook and Salesforce.
