Problem Description:
I'm showing a tab called "Quotes" where the portal user can see all the quotes related to the currently logged user's account. The problem is that when a portal user logs in. he/she isn't able to see the list view of "Quotes" its totally blank.
1. Having a Custom profile called "Community User" with user license "Customer Community Plus Login"
2. The Object/SObject Listview that isn't visible is "Quote".
