I created a Developer org, and was doing fine -- and then I ran into an error and was told I needed to create a new developer org, and to do that, I needed to create a new account. I did that -- created a new account (same email, but different user name), but my new account doesn't have analytics studio. I tried rerunning "Sign up for a CRM Analytics-Enabled Developer Edition Org" with the new login, but it seems like no matter what I do, I can't get another analytics-enabled org.

no not messed at all. I think will be much easier to troubleshoot those thinfs
