Salesforce Industries upgrade(vlocity Cmt). I am getting error while migrating the omniscript and flexcards to a sandbox from IDXworkbench

unauthorized endpoint, please check Setup->Security->Remote site settings. endpoint = https:// my-domain-name --vlocity-cmt.sandbox.vf.force.com/services/data/v46.0/tooling/sobjects/LightningComponentBundle 

I have double checked all the urls with names ,are correct in remote site settings.
