Currently when a tech goes into FSL mobile, the calendar tab shows cards with Service Appointment data. But when you click on the card the tech is taken to the Work Order not the Service Appointment. This is expected behavior https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=mfs_work_order_overview.htm&type=5&language=en_US

 

But, is it possible to change the link from the Service Appointment Card on the Calendar to go straight to the Service Appointment record, bypassing the work order record?

    Not possible as of today.  The Overview Card is focused around the Work Order while bringing in certain information from the Service Appointment (Address, start / end).  No way to configure or change that.
