I am wondering if it is possible to attach a link to an Excel sheet in lightning app builder for a User's home page AND if it is possible to include that link on the mobile app?

Is it possible to have the link be straight to an excel sheet? Or does it need to be like a google sheet? Wondering if it's possible to have excel sheet be listed as an URL link?
