Superbadges are part of the certification programs. You need to go back and check. Starting a free org with a special configuration may help if you have any conflicting metadata. Trailblazer Community members cannot provide help with specific challenges for Superbadges. Superbadges are Salesforce credentials and sharing content or getting help clearing specific checks is against the Salesforce Credential and Certification Program Code of Conduct.
