I want to have sales goals on each team member dashboard, preferably in a gauge chart. For example, the Sales Manager's sales goal should be the total of a team goal. I can set up the dynamic ranges for gauge charts for the sales team and Sales Manager. Is there a way to make one chart that shows the total sales revenue and have the chart's scale adjust for whoever is logged in?

On the dynamic dashboard component, select the user object. You'll need to create a custom field on the user object, and update each user's individual goal on their user object. Each user can have their own goal.
