Record is not editable for approver, even if Record Editability set to Administrator OR Current Approver. Actually i am submitting record for approval through apex trigger. Record get added to approval successfully, When user tries to edit few fields, it shows "
- This record is locked. If you need to edit it, contact your admin."

Does your Approval Process Initial Submission Actions show "Record Lock Lock the record from being edited"? if so, then go back to your Process definition Detail > Edit > Approver Field and record Editability, then select the 2nd radio button: "Administrators OR the currently assigned approver can edit records during the approval process"
