There were 3 of us that used to "write" all of the articles in Salesforce.  I say "write" because we really just copy/paste from word or google docs, but we had the license to publish.  Anyways, this was working great.  Until the other 2 left.  Because now, if their article contained a screenshot (whether via copy/paste or uploaded using the image option), they show as blank white boxes.

 

Is there a "right" way to get these screenshots in there so that they always stay, regardless of the publisher's status in Salesforce?  Support seems to be baffled by this request.  They had pointed me to an article that said articles with images created before 2017 had sharing issues.  But these are all articles created in 2018 and after.

 

They were all created in Classic, we migrated to Lightning Knowledge after both employees left but I believe this had been happening in Classic as well.  I had assumed for that user (since she was terminated first) it was because she used the upload option.

    Hi @Ken Skaggs - it would make more sense to me if it was the owner of the google doc that had terminated.  But it is actually the publisher of the article that was terminated.  Thanks for the AWS tip!
