Trying to complete the first hands-on challenge in the Customise an Org to Support a New Business Unit - Manage User Access. It asks to create two new users and to use your own email in the email field, then update the username as below:
Following the instructions for either of the two contacts and I get the same error:
I've checked all my playgrounds and none of them have these users already created. I created a new playground for this unit and when it didn't work there I tried creating yet another new one. Still get the same error. Anyone know what to do?? Thanks!

Please create a username which is unique. Make it: fsuzuki[at]emcyan.com.
PS: This happens when usernames match across multiple Salesforce orgs. Happened with me too. Try using unique color name to conjure up usernames. For example: Magenta, Cyan, Crimson etc. Worked for me. Or you can mix and match alphanumerics in the username to make it work.
