Hello,

I'm looking to integrate outlook contacts with saleforce contacts, there appears to be two ways to do this. One with Lightning Sync and the other with Einstein capture. When activating Lightning Sync it requires some permissions settings which appears one way. Could someone help me what the differences are? As well as how some people have integrated Outlook contacts with Salesforce?

Cheers,

Simon

    Hey Simon,

Both Einstein Activity Capture and Lightning Sync help your sales reps stay productive by syncing your Microsoft or Google contacts and events with Salesforce.

With Einstein Activity Capture, you benefit from productivity-boosting features beyond sync and it provides enterprise solutions . You need to consider licensing part if you want to go Einstein capture .

Compare cons and pros of both .
