Access Error on Document Generation Button

Hi all!

I have a document generation button that works just fine for admins, but having trouble rolling it out to others in the organization. I gave the necessary licenses and permissions to the profile(s) in question to access Apsona and Apsona Items; however, I'm now getting an odd error saying that "Merge failed: Can't find object Finance_form__c - perhaps you don't have access to it. Contact your system administrator". This is mysterious because the user is accessing the button *from* the Finance_form__c record page - he clearly has access.

Any idea what I should do to troubleshoot?
