Manage Relationships Between Two Accounts

How do you all track relationships between two business accounts in SFDC? For example, there is a business that's a networking club, and we track what local businesses are members. Say you wanted a list of businesses that are members of the Chamber - how do you track that? In my old system, you could create relationships between accounts - but I don't see how to do that in SFDC (aside from parent/subsidiary.)

    @Jennifer Lange​ there have been attempts at Sprints to contribute something to our community, however nothing has been released/finished at this point.
