When using the Dispatcher Console you can double click on a Service Appointment to see a preview of the details.
On this preview, there are tabs that display however one of these tabs is displaying an insufficient privileges error message.
Can anyone confirm what I need to grant access to have this display correctly, visualforce/Apex Class?

You should be able to see which VF page that tab is pointing to within Field Service Settings. I would probably start there and validate that the user has the appropriate access to the VF page itself.
